ChicagoMSDC is pleased to continue as a Business Support Organization (BSO) of the Cook County Small Business Source. Once again, we’re offering virtual business advising sessions to build our webinar and event offerings for 2024 with you in mind, all at no cost. BSO advising sessions help, ultimately, with the growth and development of small businesses through assessment of company needs in a group or 1-on-1 setting.

Based on client input received during ChicagoMSDC’s business advising sessions, a strong area of need continues to be back-office support. We worked with subject matter experts at Lucbene, a certified MBE, to create a business development video series that covers topics such as understanding financial processes/statements, HR strategies, and AI/Exploring Virtual Helpers. These on-demand videos are available as a resource to business owners/staff and can be viewed 24/7 on ChicagoMSDC’s YouTube Channel through June 2024. Videos will be listed here as they are added for viewing. Be sure to check back weekly to see updates made. To request a copy of the presentation deck, please CLICK HERE
