METRA - DBE Certification
Metra has established a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT),49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26. Metra has received federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation and as a condition of receiving this assistance, has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26. CMS Business Enterprise Program
The Business Enterprise Program (BEP) for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities is authorized by State statue (Act 30 ILCS 575) and dedicated to increasing opportunities for businesses owned and operated by minorities, females, and persons with disabilities.
