Our 6-Month Business Growth Accelerator
Business owners will be matched with one mentor focused on guidance to help the company scale and compete for larger corporate contacts.Both parties must commit to the full 6-month cycle (requiring at least 2 hours per month).Each month, subject matter experts will virtually share targeted business concepts to maintain structure throughout the program cycle. Areas include:
- Diagnostic & Growth Plan
- Financial & Operational Systems
- Corporate Sales & Procurement
- Leadership & Organizational Scale
- Risk, Legal & Capital
- Corporate Sales Strategy
