On September 24, ChicagoMSDC's Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC) presented the 2020 Sharing Success Awards virtual ceremony. #CBOF53

Each year, the MBEIC recognizes outstanding individuals and corporations who have kept supplier diversity at the forefront of America’s economy through a commitment to inclusive procurement and advocacy for diverse owned businesses.

The Sharing Success Awards ceremony is also an opportunity to salute the success of minority business enterprises (MBEs) who have defied the odds, shown impressive industry leadership and demonstrated significant contributions to the economy thorough job creation and community development.

MBEIC also recognized 10 student scholars from Chicago Public Schools, who exemplified and personified the best in leadership inside and outside of the classroom. ChicagoMSDC wishes each of student well as they enter their first year in college during a very unusual and precarious 2020 academic year. If you have the means and interest, please contribute to the scholarship fund for next year class of honorees. Each student scholar honoree is awarded a $3,000 scholarship to defray costs for their transition from high school to college.
