ChicagoMSDC Prioritizes Safety and Adapts to New Operations


ChicagoMSDC prioritizes safety and adapts to new operations in light of the growing concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

In light of the growing concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the ChicagoMSDC is actively prioritizing workplace safety and the protection of our entire supplier diversity community in all that we do. Consequently we are adapting our office operations to a new working environment with new safety protocols.


Effective Monday, March 16, until further notice, the ChicagoMSDC staff will be working remotely whenever possible. In addition, please make note of the following:


·      In-office appointments, meetings and visits at the ChicagoMSDC office will be restricted until further notice.

·      All offices managed by the ChicagoMSDC, including Northwest Indiana, MBDA Business Center –St. Louis, MBDA Business Center-Chicago, Export Center and Illinois Tollway Technical Center, are temporarily closed to the public.

·      Certification application processing will continue. Site visits are still required for certifications. However, scheduling of site visits will be restricted to keep all parties safe.  New dates will be arranged when appropriate.

·      All ChicagoMSDC events are being re-evaluated and considered for rescheduling or cancellation in alignment with all State and City-level guidance. Event-specific announcements and updates will be made accordingly. Please stay tuned for details.
